Kyle Lawrence is one of the founding partners of RG Property Advisors. He grew up in Bay Village Ohio and graduated from Ohio University. Kyle has been a licensed real estate agent since 2014, and was the Keller Williams Rookie Of The Year award winner in 2015. Kyle has been successfully investing in real estate since 2010, and has bought, renovated, and resold over 100 properties in the Greater Cleveland area. His extensive construction experience includes investment rehab projects, long term holdings, leases, commercial event and social space. Kyle strives to represents his clients best interest at all times. His ethics, moral code and experience mirrors RG Property Advisors mission statement. Michael Thies
In 2019, Danny took a great step forward in shifting careers. After working in construction for a number of years, he realized his true passion was real estate and a desire to help people. Danny Zambataro
Dan Bascone resides and invests in real estate on the shores of Lake Erie in the Greater Cleveland area. After attending Ohio University, serving in the Ohio National Guard, and living in Cincinnati, he returned in 2021 back home to The Land. Dan Bascone
Robert Thies was born and raised in Bay Village and is a lifelong Clevelander, currently residing in Lakewood, Ohio. After graduating from Ohio University in 2016, Bob started his real restate career with Homestead U. Tasked with leasing and property management Bob worked in Athens, Ohio (Ohio University) and Tucson, Arizona (University of Arizona). Returning to Cleveland, over the next five years Bob worked in sales, developing his business, communication and problem-solving skills. Bob was consistently a top sales performer and managed inside sales representatives for two companies. Growing up in the real estate business helping his father and partners rehabbing and maintaining properties, Bob decided to follow his passion. In 2020, newly licensed as a realtor, he joined RG Property Advisors at Keller Williams Citywide to learn the real estate business. Skilled in both buying and selling Bob excels at providing guidance to his clients.
Robert Thies
Ali began her career in real estate in New York City, managing client relationships and leasing luxury apartments as an agent for a boutique property investment company. After marriage and a few moves, Ali took a brief hiatus from real estate, working for several years as the global account director for Hendrick’s Gin. While the world of high-end spirits was engaging, the experience also gave Ali a keen eye for marketing and building appeal, skills that lend themselves perfectly to selling real estate. A native of Bay Village and an Ohio State alum, it was natural that Ali and her family relocated back to the Cleveland area where she is bringing the skills gained over a varied career, coupled with her knowledge of the greater Northeast Ohio area, to helping clients with all their real estate needs. Born of immigrant parents and native life long Clevelander , Cesar Hernandez is a bi-lingual Realtor for RG Property Advisors, based in Westlake.
